Lots of art! My scanner stopped working, so I've had some art piling up.
Had a meeting with Andi today, she wants me to set this Australia. Blaaaaaah. Australia is boring. We have no culture. Blah. I don't know...maybe I could find somewhere nice in Australia? Probably not. :P But it would really change the tone of the film, so I'm not sure...
Anyway, look at this girl's art: http://basia-almostthebrave.deviantart.com/ She's so inspiring.
And I put up posters for musicians, hopefully I get one or two. :D

Not the Australia thing again. If imagination and research isn't good enough, you should go to Paris for a week so you can say you've been there and leave the film where you have it set.
I've been there twice, I just thought it would be nice for my film. It sets a nice tone and goes with the ballet.
I can understand the Australia thing, it's not like this country has made much of a mark on the world, animation wise. But I don't really want to change the location. Maybe I could add some other sort of Australian element? Like Australian accents when they speak, AHAHAHA.
She shouldn't make you set it in Australia, it doesn't have the same cultural setting that you need for this! I'm setting mine in Australia, hopefully one person doing it will be enough haha. But mine is just in the bushland....I figure we're pretty freakin susceptible to bushfires...
